On March 7, 2021 at about 4:50 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a Mecklenburg Road address in the Town of Enfield for a trespass complaint. Upon further interview of the complainant, deputies determined that someone unlawfully entered their dwelling through a window and then exited the property through the same window. Deputies identified the suspect as Donell A. Bard, age 34 of Ithaca, NY.
Deputies arrested Bard and charged him with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. Bard was arraigned in Court and released.
