On January 9, 2021 at 5:15 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 Volvo SUV traveling north on NYS Route 13 in the Town of Dryden after confirming the registration was suspended for No Insurance in Effect. Deputies interviewed the driver Seth J. Fuller, age 33 of Etna, NY. During the course of their investigation, Deputies conducted a search of the vehicle, which resulted in the discovery of narcotics, specifically Alprazolam Pills commonly referred to as "Xanax".
Deputies arrested and charged Fuller with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Class A Misdemeanor). Fuller was released on an appearance ticket ordering him to return to the Town of Dryden Court on January 27, 2021.
