On January 3, 2022 at 9:15 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies stopped a 2012 Volkswagen on Peruville Road in the Town of Dryden for failing to keep right.
Deputies identified the driver as James J. Brink, age 46 of Lansing, NY. Through investigation deputies determined that Brink was impaired by drugs and arrested Brink.
Brink was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Failure to Keep Right. Brinks was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Dryden Court on January 24, 2022 at 5:00 PM.
