On the morning of February 8, 2021, the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary Starner, a deputy currently on administrative leave, for Perjury in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony.
Following the arrest, Deputy Starner was issued an appearance ticket ordering his appearance in the City of Ithaca Court on March 3, 2021 at 9:00 AM, in accordance with bail reform regulations.
