On February 20, 2021 at 7:55 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Tops Store located at 2300 North Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing for a criminal mischief complaint. An employee of the store reported that a subject urinated on a display case of organic foods.
Upon arrival, Deputies located the subject in question and identified him as Justin K. Frederick, age 30 of Freeville, NY. Deputies subsequently placed Frederick under arrest for Criminal Mischief to store property and later released Frederick with an appearance ticket.
