On December 26, 2021 at 3:10 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Target Store located at 40 Catherwood Road in the Village of Lansing for a theft in progress complaint.
Upon arrival deputies located two subjects inside of a vehicle with stolen merchandise. Deputies identified one of the subjects as Corrie C. Ryan, age 39 of Homer, NY and the second subject as Brandi L. Henri, age 33 of Deruyter, NY. Through further investigation both subjects were arrested.
Ryan was charged with Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor) and released on an appearance ticket. Henri was arrested on a Warrant out of the City of Cortland Police Department and turned over to the City of Cortland Police.
Ryan is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on January 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
