On December 5 and 6, 2020 in the late morning on both dates, Deputies responded to Big Lots, 2309 N. Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing for two separate theft complaints allegedly involving the same individual. After taking the two initial reports of several items being taken from the store, Deputies were called back on December 7, 2020 when the same male entered the store a third time. Deputies responded and identified the male as Patrick Harvey, age 32 of Lansing, NY.
After identifying the male and completing their investigation into the theft, Deputies responded to Harvey’s residence on December 12, 2020 and arrested Harvey, charging him on allegations of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). Harvey was released on an appearance ticket ordering him to return to the Town of Lansing Court at a later date.
