Tompkins County recognizes that cell phone coverage is inadequate in many rural areas. Currently, the County does not have a way to determine the poor reception areas of our county. Please help us map this by filling out this short, anonymous survey.
With this information Tompkins County hopes to generate a map where service is lacking in our community. Official federal maps state that the entire County is covered, which is not the reality many of our residents experience regarding cell phone reception and coverage.
